Access to housing is extremely difficult for a refugee who has just been recognized.

Housing :

An asylum seeker who has an officially recognised refugee document must leave the refugee centre within two months. That is a virtually impossible feat. The housing cafe is there to help. Integration coaches and volunteers guide recognised refugees in their search for housing. Contacting housing property owners, helping a family move into a home, registration with the municipality and with the PCSW, look for a school: it is all part of the process.
