The Israeli-Palestinian conflict appears to be in deadlock. It has not made front page news for a long time now. However, the injustice and the day-to-day violence, especially in the Gaza Strip have not decreased for the almost two million inhabitants who live in an open prison as it were. With our support, the local Caritas organisation continues to work tenaciously on the economic development of different deprived communities. In Gaza it is also organising healthcare (thanks to mobile clinics, etc.), which is essential in this context of immense impoverishment.
